• Take care of the return shipment yourself.
• Once you receive the package, you will be generated a discount coupon for the total value of the returned product (excluding shipping), which can be spent on our site without expiration.

Cost: €0 (shipping costs to be paid by the customer).

3) Return assistance with discount voucher 

If you prefer us to take care of the return management (including the shipping label and home collection), you can request our assisted service on WhatsApp at +393501360568.

 In this case, you will receive a discount coupon for the total value of the returned product (excluding shipping), which can be spent on our site without expiration.

Cost: €5 (including shipping costs).

4) Full return assistance with refund 

If you prefer us to take care of the return management (including the shipping label and home collection), you can request our assisted service on whatsapp at +393501360568. In this case, you will receive a refund of the total value of the returned product (excluding shipping).

Cost: €10 (including shipping costs).
