Policies, terms and conditions of sale

  1. DEFINITION AND OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

1.1 - This contract ("Contract") is a distance contract pursuant to art. 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 ("Consumer Code"). The Contract has as its object the sale of goods between MARINI GIULIA, with registered office in Rome ("Twenty4") and the consumer (the "Customer"). The Contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by Twenty4 of a purchase proposal issued by the Customer by telephone or via the Internet, on the website www.twenty4store.it (the "Site") and/or through other Twenty4 distance selling systems, based on the methods described in the following article 3.

1.2 - These general conditions of sale ("General Conditions") and, in particular, the information referred to in art. 52 of the Consumer Code, as provided by Twenty4, repeated to the Customer by telephone and reported on the Site, will remain valid and effective until they are modified and/or integrated by Twenty4. Any modifications and/or additions to the General Conditions will be effective from the date on which they are communicated to the public and will apply to sales made from that date. The latest updated version of the General Conditions is the one available on the Site.

  1. PRICES, PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTIONS

The sales prices of the products illustrated on the Site and/or through any other Twenty4 remote sales systems include Taxes and any other taxes. For Italian operators who require an invoice, the prices must be recalculated in VAT at 0%. Delivery costs are indicated on the Site and/or through any other Twenty4 remote sales systems and, in the case of telephone orders, repeated to the Customer by the Twenty4 operator.

The photos show the actual product being sold , but they are for illustrative purposes only. You should always check the title and description.
All data published in the ads are considered valid, except for errors and omissions in transcription, in the title, in the price, in the quantity, in the description or in the photo.

  1. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT METHODS

3.1 - The Contract by telephone is perfected by communicating to the Customer (who has contacted Twenty4 by telephone and formulated, on that occasion, a purchase proposal, also providing the operator with the data necessary for the registration procedure of his/her name, the purchase order and the chosen payment method) that the proposal is accepted.

3.2 - In the event of purchase proposals sent via the Site, the Customer will receive a summary email from Twenty4, with which he will be informed that his purchase proposal is being processed and will be considered accepted, unless otherwise communicated by email or telephone by Twenty4 within 3 (three) calendar days from receipt of the summary email. After this period, the Contract via the Internet is to be considered perfected.

3.3 - The Customer will be allowed to choose one of the following payment methods: any means of payment indicated from time to time as valid by Twenty4 on the Site.

3.4 - Pre-order products, Twenty4 accepts the reservation of products that will be made available by the manufacturers or distributors on the indicative dates communicated by them and shown in the product sheet. Delivery times are indicative and may vary without notice and will be made visible on the site based on the updates received.

3.5 - Cancellation of orders, the customer can request the cancellation of an order before it is shipped, Twenty4 will cancel the order and issue a refund within 7 working days of the request which must be received in writing via email or site contacts. The amount of the refund will be net of expenses in cases where the customer decides to cancel the order, or the pre-order, before shipping, for reasons not attributable to the seller. 5% will be retained from the refund if the payment was made with PayPal or by installments, the bank fees to issue the refund if paid by bank transfer or on delivery. In the case of a pre-order, the prolongation of the wait or the change of mind for personal reasons are not reasons attributable to the seller and the conditions above for issuing the refund will be applied.

  1. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS - COMPLAINTS

4.1 – Twenty4 delivers the products to the address indicated by the Customer.
Twenty4 ships from Monday to Friday. Processing times vary from 24 to 48 hours after receiving the order. Delivery takes place on average after 24/48 hours of working days. During sales or promotions, delivery times may be longer.

Shipping to ITALY , for all products on the Site, costs €6.99, while it is FREE for orders starting from €80.

4.2 - Any complaint relating to the purchase of a product may be forwarded to the reference address shown in the description of the item sold.

4.3 - The Customer can optionally request insurance for the package. If this is not requested, Twenty4 will not be responsible for any damage resulting from transport.

4.4 - Delivery times are indicated within the individual product sheets, a multiple order takes the times of the item with the slowest delivery. Delivery times are purely indicative , the dates are indicative and depend on the local branch of the courier and the period, the customer can refuse the package if the dates extend beyond 15 working days.

  1. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

5.1 – Twenty4 accepts the Customer's orders within the limits of the quantities of the requested products existing in stock. Therefore, the acceptance by Twenty4 of the purchase proposal forwarded by the Customer is subject to the availability of the products in stock. Twenty4 undertakes to promptly communicate to the Customer any unforeseeable stock shortages due to excess demand or other causes.

5.2 - Pre-order products, Twenty4 accepts the reservation of products that will be made available by the manufacturers or distributors on the indicative dates communicated by them and shown in the product sheet. Delivery times are indicative and may vary without notice and updates to the dates will be made visible.

  1. WARRANTIES AND ASSISTANCE

For products purchased by the Customer, the rules regarding guarantees and assistance relating to the sale of consumer goods apply to Twenty4.

  1. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

The Customer declares and guarantees: to be a consumer as per art. 3 of the Consumer Code; to be of age; that the data provided by the same for the execution of the Contract are correct and truthful.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

8.1 - The sale is supported by the guarantees for defects and faults provided by law. Pursuant to art. 53 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n° 206, if the Customer is a consumer, he/she has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without providing explanations. To exercise this right, the customer must send a written communication within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. The communication must be addressed, after warning, by email to the store from which the purchase was made. The goods must then be returned at the Customer's expense within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, to the store from which the purchase was made. The entire amount paid (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded after having verified the integrity of the goods. Not satisfied with your order or have you changed your mind?

You can return the item without any penalty within 14 days from the day you received the order. The Customer is required to comply with the following conditions:

a. All items for sale on the Site are delivered to the Customer with an original authenticity tag attached to the item. The item must be tried on without removing the tag. Returns will only be accepted with intact tags. Returns with cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered tags will not be accepted under any circumstances.

b . Items to be returned must not have been worn , ironed , washed or treated in any way.

c . The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be packaged and wrapped appropriately.

d. All others garment labels, whether fabric or hanging, must necessarily be intact and under no circumstances removed from the item.

e. The Customer who wishes to make a return must forward the return procedure to info@twenty4store.it within 14 days of receiving the goods.

f. Returns are only possible on items purchased without the use of discount coupons and purchased at non-discounted prices .

In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, Twenty4 reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

We invite the Customer to take particular care when trying on the purchased item, because items that have missing or damaged original hanging labels will be considered irremediably depreciated and unsellable and, therefore, with a value equal to zero euros.

Products must be intact, returned in their original packaging, securely packaged and handed over to the courier.
The costs and organization of the return are the responsibility of the Customer, except for the sending of defective goods or errors attributable to Twenty4.

8.2 - The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the products to the address indicated by Twenty4, to be requested via the contacts indicated on the Site.

8.3 – Twenty4 will issue a refund of the amount paid by the customer, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned products: the full price paid by the Customer, in the event of the return of the product complete with all its parts and functions and original box; or the part of the price equivalent to the product actually returned by the Customer who has consumed the product in an appreciable manner and/or in such a way as to significantly reduce its value.

8.4 - In the event of a change of heart by the Customer, before the purchased product is shipped, Twenty4, upon written request from the customer, will cancel the order and issue a refund net of all costs that Twenty4 will incur for issuing the refund itself:

- in case of refund by bank transfer, the cost requested by the bank for issuing the transfer will be deducted;

- in case of refund via other payment systems, the commission paid by Twenty4 in the system used by the customer will be deducted;

8.5 - If the product is returned damaged, with missing parts, without its original box, the return will be refused and no refund of the amount paid will be admitted. The item can be collected by the customer, at his expense within 30 days, after which date the product will be disposed of.

8.6 - The refund of the amount paid will be made in the same way in which the customer made the payment at the time of purchase. The refund amount will be net of expenses in cases where the customer decides to return the product for reasons not attributable to the seller, 5% will be retained if the payment was made with PayPal or with installment payments, the bank fees to issue the refund.

  1. PROCESSING AND CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL DATA INFORMATION PURSUANT TO LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/03

9.1 - Pursuant to and for the purposes of the provisions of Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003, n.196 Code regarding the protection of personal data (hereinafter the "Code"), we inform you that your personal data, provided and/or acquired subsequently, will be processed by Twenty4, in Italy and abroad, through electronic and manual tools in compliance with the Code and the current legislation on privacy.

Purpose of the processing

The data collected are processed for the following purposes:

  • sign up for the service;
  • conclude sales contracts and perform the related performance;
  • carry out the necessary procedures to execute the contractual relationship established;
  • send commercial information, advertising, informative and promotional material, by any means (e-mail, sms, etc.);
  • carry out, including by telephone, market research, economic and statistical analyses in order to verify the correct functioning of the services and the satisfaction with them;
  • process personalized information about the consumption habits and orientation of the interested parties;
  • communicate the data to third-party companies for direct marketing purposes.

The provision of data is mandatory for the conclusion of the purchase contract, optional in other cases. Failure to provide data will make it impossible to execute the order placed.

Data retention

All data acquired cannot be used for purposes other than those indicated above and will be retained for the period necessary to achieve them. After this period, the data will be deleted or transformed into anonymous form. For detailed data on purchases and services, the retention times will not exceed those established by current legislation.

Rights of the interested party

You retain the right to exercise at any time the rights set forth in art. 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights) of the Code, in particular: the right to access your personal data, request their rectification, updating and cancellation if incomplete, erroneous or collected in violation of current legislation, as well as to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons, by making a written request directly through the methods indicated on the site on the data access page.

  1. COMPETENT COURT

The Contract is governed by Italian law. Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the Contract will be under the jurisdiction of the Court in which the Customer has his residence or domicile, if located in the territory of the Italian State.
